

We finally received our Anza machine @anzacoffee after almost half a year of waiting — but honestly, now we understand why.The design is absolutely flawless. One of the most beautiful coffee machines we’ve ever seen. Minimalistic, sculptural, incredibly heavy and premium in every detail.What we didn’t expect is how much there actually is to learn behind making a proper espresso. One of the key things we discovered: the coffee needs to be ground VERY finely to get that rich, creamy texture and deeper flavor.We still have a lot to learn though 😅 So if there are any baristas here willing to teach us a few secrets… please reach out ☕️🙂Our first coffee maybe doesn’t fully look like a perfect café espresso yet 😂 but the taste was honestly incredible. Smooth, rich, and surprisingly good for a first try.Definitely a machine that makes you fall in love with the whole ritual behind coffee.
